Since Prince Harry made the decision to move to the United States with his family, each visit of his to the United Kingdom sparks a lot of discussion. In recent days, there has been talk of how his ‘reunion’ with Prince William, after over a year without seeing each other, was quite cold and distant, providing further evidence that the rift between the brothers is still very much alive.

Where did Prince Harry stay during his recent stay in the United Kingdom these last few days?

According to People magazine, the Duke of Sussex, who will turn 40 in just two weeks, took advantage of his visit to his home country to make an emotional visit and also spend some time with his uncle Charles Spencer at Althorp House, Lady Di's childhood home.

The surprise appearance of Meghan Markle's husband at the memorial service of her late uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes, on August 29th, was a way of contrasting the rigidity of the protocols of the British royal family, hence why no Spencer has wanted to make any comments about the prince's visit.

Harry, according to the media and some experts, seems to be more comfortable not relying at all on Buckingham Palace or his father, King Charles III, and instead, has taken the opportunity to strengthen ties with his maternal family, as Fellowes was married to the sister of Princess Diana of Wales, Lady Jane.

The service, which was also attended by Diana’s other sister, Lady Sarah McCorquodale, took place two days before the 27th anniversary of Diana’s death, which occurred on August 31, 1997 in Paris, making this visit much more emotional.
